We are dedicated to the advancement of new tools at the nanoscale to address imminent challenges in translational biomedicine. We currently focus on integrating approaches in photonics, biochemistry and materials science to bring new solutions to therapeutic neuroengineering.

Research Highlights

  • Check out our recent work on characterizing the effect of fluorescent labels to the kinetics of biophysical interactions. It is achieved by a new class of single molecule nanosensors realized on a silicon photonics platform. Science Adcances.
  • Check out our recent development on the nanoplasmonic bioprobe at Nano Letters, and the press release at  Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH).
